Shadow starts training, punching and kicking trees, to cear a training area. he has the blocks of wood over his shoulders as he starts doing pushups.

Kuhan's loss of energy started to take a toll on him... he was losing control... His legs were getting weaker by the moment and, soon, he fell down onto one knee...

Brokel trains by himself on Kami Dende's lookout, focusing his Ki into a blade around his hand. he sustains it after a few hours of concentrating for a few minutes, his goal being to train until he can hold it indefinitely on his hand like that.

He snapped out of his concentration at Kuhan losing his balance. He goes over to Kuhan
"Nothing like a little trip up,"He says jokingly as he triesto lift Kuhan by the shoulders, only to watchi his hands pass through them instead. Brokel sighs. He focuses on Kuhan, sensing a power within him, acting like a vacuum or a hungry boy with noodles, sucking all teh energy from Kuhan.
"Kuhan, we have to activate your Sphere of Memories before it kills you. Spirit Bomb is in there."

He jumped into Kuhan's body and took control of it, walking him to the bed and lying him down.
"That's the only upside to being a ghost," he said as he struggled out of Kuhan's body.

Brokel summoned Dende and explained why Kuhan was weak.
"Kuhan is being drained by his Sphere of Memories, because the original Spirit Bomb is in the Sphere, taking all of his energy.I'm scared if we don't activate the sphere it will kill him. Let's think of a way to activate it."
