It happened after the battle with the Shenrons, after Goku passed away into another realm with Shenron... After three years of peace, Vegeta, created the new planet Vegeta.
However, intergalactic threats still remained and by creating the new planet, and making himself king, Vegeta had attracted many tyrants and power-hungry bounty hunters to Earth. Despite all the chaos, one was king: Deragth.
Deragth was not one from this universe, he was from the land of the Kais, outcasted due to the unlimited capacity to his ability. Kais held enormous power and were supposed to use it for good. Deragth was one exception, he formed a tear in the universe allowing him to pass into the mortal universe. Before he went through, he utterly destroyed the Kaioshin Realm. The Kais were forced to seek refuge on Earth where the remaining Z Fighters protected them.
Vegeta was mercilessly hunted down by Deragth's Henchmen, Vegeta fought to the end. Out to the skies, he cried "Deragth Will Fall!"
After the attack on new Vegeta, the demon lord set his sights on Earth...
One by one, the Z.Fighters fell... brutal slaughter followed as Earth's last forces were slowly obliterated. Only Gohan was left. As a last resort, Gohan collected the Dragonballs and brought them to the sacred hiding place of the last Kai. After securing the Dragonballs, Gohan confronted Deragth for a final Battle. After a useless struggle, Deragth emerged victorious.
Following this tragedy, Deragth ordered a search for the Dragonballs. With no success, Deragth reluctantly ordered a retreat, and returned to his stronghold in Planet Oblivion.
It is rumored that the Kai escaped Earth, securing the Dragonballs with the only one with wisdom of the Dragonballs... Pilaf who had secured his location in the sky and held his own against the Deragth invasion. The whereabouts of the last kai is unknown...
Now, with 21 Of the Twenty Four Dimensions under his command, can anyone stop Deragth? Or is it the end of the world as we know it?
